Well i am doing good my ankle is giteing better fast i am naw walking on it wich is nice .

I am doing soo much better , I will admite this is the werced surgery that i have gon threw but thats ok becase its going to be wherth it later on .

up date on my ankle surgery

hello all

every thing went well monday i stayed in the hosbitle for a day and a half so thay could controle the pain .

but naw i am home and its sooo much better i can sleep longer with out the nurses comeing in and takeing my vitals all night every five to ten minets ,

i am rilley soure wich is normal after the third day its like clockwork becase the ather pain meds thay gave me whore off .

I am happey thow becase if this works i wont hert my ankles our knees eney moure .

On october the 20th i will be going in for surgery on my left ankle and heal , the resen is is becase my heal is bawing in so when i place my foot dawen i actualley roll my ankle ( thats why i sprain my ankle as much as i do) so whut thay are going to do is brake bones in both sides of my ankle as well as my heal then graft bone that thay touck out of my hipe to my heal so when it heals i will be able to plant my foot without cawsing damage to my ligaments and tendons in my ankle as well as save my knees . i hope it works so being on crutches for two months will be werth it.
i dont know whut time on the 20th that i will be going in but i will let you know haw things whent after.

sorrey it has taken me so long to up date this but hear is whuts new-

oct 17th-18th whus the state games in slc i hade sooo much fun ( I WILL ADMITE IT I WHUS VARREY HAPPY THAT GOLDCROSS AMBULANCE WHUS THERE BECASE THAY ARE AWSOM), the 17th whus swimming and i competed in the 25m back i touck fourth ( yuck) then in the 50m free i touck third place , then i competed in the 25m and i touck the gold ,

then the rest of the day i hade the privlage of working with the medics of corse i loved every minet becase the ladys that i worked with are awsom.

then today october the 18th i spent the hole day helping whith firstaid funfun.

I am sorrey it has taken me so long to up date my blog but i did rilley good in the area swim meet in logan on september the sixth.

In the 25 free i gote the gold
in the 50 free i gote the gold
my relay team touck the gold
then i touck the silver in the 25 backstroke.

so i gess i will be doing swimming in the state games on october the 17-18th in saltlake

my bocce partaner and i did rilley good in the area bocce ternament on aug,16th ,08 we toulk the silver .

special olympic events commeing up for me

I love this time of year becase there are alote of fun olympic events comming up thay are

On august 16th is area bochey in logan
then on september the 6th is the area swim meet YAY
then on september the 27th is the area basketball ternament dubble YAY
then on october 17-18th is the state fall games in slc i will let you know whut i am competing in when it gites closer becase you can ownlley do one our two events,( SAD).

I will let you know whut place i take after each event .
